Return & Refund Policy

At K&L Apparel Co., every order is made with care. Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced to order, we ask that you review this policy before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized, embroidered, DTF printed, and made-to-order items are final sale.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Color selection changes

  • Custom names, numbers, or personalization

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Design preferences after production has begun

Please double-check all order details before submitting your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled only if production has not yet begun.

Once your order has entered production, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Apparel Sizing

Sizing charts are provided whenever possible.

Because apparel brands and styles may fit differently, customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before ordering.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

Color Variations

We make every effort to accurately display product colors. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings, monitor, or mobile device. Slight variations between on-screen images and the finished product are not considered defects.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized products

  • Custom embroidery

  • Custom DTF printed apparel

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards
