Thank you for shopping with K&L Apparel Co. We appreciate your support and strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing & Production Time
Most of our products are made to order, including custom embroidery, DTF printed apparel, and personalized items.

Standard turnaround time is 3–21 business days.

Preorder items may require additional production time. Estimated turnaround times will be listed on the product page.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note that placing multiple items in one order may result in all items shipping together once the entire order is complete.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been scanned by the shipping carrier.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates provided by the shipping carrier begin after your order has been completed and shipped.
While we work hard to meet our estimated turnaround times, K&L Apparel Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect shipping addresses

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of:

The damaged item(s)

The shipping box or packaging

The shipping label
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. While we will do our best to assist, K&L Apparel Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
Local Pickup
Customers who select local pickup at checkout will receive an email notification when their order is ready.
Please wait until you receive your pickup notification before coming to collect your order.
