Welcome to K&L Apparel Co. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Custom and personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be changed once production has begun.

Please carefully review all customization details before submitting your order.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Payment

Payment is due at the time your order is placed.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully received.

Production Time

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 3–21 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Preorder items may have longer turnaround times as noted in the product description.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

K&L Apparel Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email notification when their order is ready.

Orders should not be picked up until the pickup notification has been received.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom, personalized, embroidered, and made-to-order items are final sale.

If we make an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, product photos, graphics, and website content are the property of K&L Apparel Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Customers submitting artwork confirm they have the legal right to use that artwork.

Limitation of Liability

K&L Apparel Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
